Weathering the Storm Workshop in Wairoa - Building Resilience against weather-related anxiety.

Rain is a natural resource that benefits us especially in Mahia. However, extreme weather events cause physical damage to properties and infrastructure and also impact people's mental health.

Learning outcomes at this workshop helps us to understand weather-related anxiety and to use tools to build resilience and reduce the impact of anxiety.
