Collaboratively working with the Hawkes Bay District Health Board to support the coordination and facilitation of our people accessing health kaupapa and health care. This service helps identify and respond to the community needs and has a good understanding of what support exists and ensures there is a strong community network in operation.

A partnership with the Ministry of Social Development to take an active approach to ensuring our people are able to access information and social services across multiple government agencies and service providers. This service also supports the community connection service to meet the essential needs of whānau self - isolating and whānau who have been Impacted by COVID-19.
