HE MAHERE RAUTAKI
He Mahere Rautaki, our iwi flight plan.
Throughout 2021, all whānau of Rongomaiwahine were invited to wānanga, focussing on hopes and aspirations for our iwi. United and together, we as whānau from all hāpu of Rongomaiwahine identified four values that would unify our iwi.
He Mahere Rautaki is a process, not an outcome.
All strategic and tactical aspiration planning will need to fit the values of our pou.
OUR FUTURE WELLBEING

Our libraries will be filled with our mātauranga, hitori and pakiwaitara for our future mokopuna to embrace and be proud of.
Our Taiao is looked after and every experience shared gives back to our Taiao and Rongomaiwahine. Te Māhia-mai-Tawhiti whenua is restored to what it was 200 years ago. Our peninsula is pest free. Kaimoana is plentiful.
